Light Assembly

May you need kitting, insertion of documents (manuals, warranty), or any simple assembly process, we may be able to offer you an atractive option. We provide flexibility in head count, equipment for sorting and rework operations and web based reporting of daily operations.

Order fulfillment

Storing product in bulk can often reduce cost to the customer. GLM can receive your orders and prepare shipments based on your requests. Implementing a postponement strategy reduces the number of SKU’s kept in stock and therefore the value of product in inventory.

Packaging and labeling

Either labeling for customs compliance or packaging of bulk product, we offer these services. Barcode and or Mexican NOM labeling are available. Many customers look for postponement strategies that are based in both packaging and labeling processes.

Reverse Logistics (packaging material)

Recycling packaging material is very often a forgotten source of savings. We have successfully operated these projects in the past and will make our best effort to support your needs.
