Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)

Through our Service Maquila license, suppliers of the Maquila/Pitex industry can provide a VMI service to their customers. The control remains in the supplier’s hands, who monitors how the product flows. A truly transparent and real-time supply chain is accomplished by this program. Suppliers and customers can concentrate in other activities while making sure no production line will stop for lack of raw materials.

Inventory Management

All of our services are based on a reliable inventory control and a real time information system. Our customers can access their information through the web and download Proof Of Deliveries (POD) at any time. EDI transactions are also available upon request. This is done with a top of the line inventory software which provides in-depth information to every one involved. The web-based system can be operated in Spanish or English. FIFO, batch numbers, SKU-level data and work orders are some of the specific areas where our system can truly make a difference in service.

KanBan or Just-In-Time operations

Depending on the manufacturing environment of our customers, we can implement any of these systems within a few days. Our trained warehousemen can replenish the inventory directly in your customer’s facility. Real time scanners provide inventory levels directly to the employee in our customer’s facilty.

Quality Inspection and reworks

We constantly provide support in inspections and reworks. We understand these needs arise suddenly and we can react immediately. Either in our warehouses or inside your customer’s facility, we have a long experience in these jobs.
